Due to the engaged and continues support towards the communities, Pro Africa enjoys a very good reputation. The efficient and trustworthy work is honored by numerous Donors and Development Aid organizations. Pro Africa can be about the trustworthy reputation of the local population.
During the last 10 years Pro Africa managed through continuous upgrading of skills and capacities of the employees to be up to date, concerning the below described development approaches and need assessments for the communities. The overall focus mission was always taken to reduce poverty among the communities in Zimbabwe (Matabeleland) through the empowerment of communities and to foster sustainable and dignified livelihoods.

The demands, the international donor community expected from an NGO, were always discussed with all stakeholders’ involved, new concepts were developed and consultancies with international organizations have been carried out. As great challenge and new approach in the development policy, Pro Africa continuously got involved and trained in environmental issues as it appeared in the last 10 years as indispensible point of view and for the holistic and fair approach towards the communities.

Financial budget planning and audited budget over the last 10 years showed that the organization is excellent concerning bookkeeping and inventory taking. Monitoring Planning and Evaluation (MPE) and Project Circle Management (PCM)are standard procedures for all projects. Evaluations (CEVAL and DAG) and proposals are worked out according to international standards (UN and EC).
All project activities are implemented through participatory approach, taking into account the crosscutting issues like Gender and HIV/AIDS
